Hoodie Allen has been one of our favorite artists ever since the drop of his first mixtape, Making Waves, a couple years back. Since then, it's been a real pleasure to watch the dude improve as an artist and blow up across the nation. Now Hoodie's back with his third project that is sure to set him even further apart from the competition with his witty lines, dope flow and unique beats. 2011 may not be a leap year, but it definitely is Hoodie Allen's for the taking.
